1. Services and Offerings
Saged Soul Healing provides healing modalities such as Kambo ceremonies, sound healing sessions, Sacred Circles, Cacao Journeys, one-to-one support and corporate wellness experiences. These services are intended for emotional, spiritual and energetic wellbeing and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Participation is voluntary and you may discontinue at any time.
2. Booking and Cancellations
To secure a session or ceremony you must complete the online booking form and pay the required deposit or full fee. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances; if we do, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
3. Product Purchases
Our shop offers ceremonial-grade Ecuadorian cacao and other wellness products. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and understand the nature and intended use of these items. All prices are listed in GBP and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Due to the perishable nature of cacao, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged on arrival. Please contact us within seven days of receipt if you encounter any issues.
4. Payments
We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal and other payment gateways offered through our website. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase. Deposits for services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability of services and products are subject to change at any time.
5. Health and Liability Disclaimer
Saged Soul Healing does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. Healing sessions, ceremonies and products are complementary and should not replace professional medical advice. By participating in our offerings you acknowledge that you are responsible for your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. You agree to release Saged Soul Healing and Kelly from all liability for any injuries, damages or losses incurred before, during or after your participation or use of products.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, images and text on this website are the property of Saged Soul Healing unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Governing Law
